“With a lot to do with health and diet, products rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory help reduce inflammatory skin problems like acne,” says Dr. Farhang as reported from the Instyle page. “One thing that’s great about chlorophyll compared to just drinking orange juice (also an antioxidant) is that it’s basically what’s in the green leafy vegetables so ingesting them doesn’t lead to high sugar, processing, etc. Kesehatan Tubuh
So, should you add a few drops of chlorophyll to your water every day? Farhang says you shouldn’t have a problem doing it once a day, but it’s more beneficial to see the bigger picture by eating a balanced diet and seeing a certified dermatologist when you have acne. Kesehatan Jiwa
“Like anything, too much of a good thing can actually have potential side effects. If someone finds that it makes them feel good, energized, and happens to also help their acne, then great,” adds Dr. Farhang. “But if someone has severe cystic acne, drinking more chlorophyll probably won’t help and they should see a dermatologist.” Although chlorophyll is relatively safe, like any new supplement, it’s best to consult your doctor before following any medical advice from a 60-second video on social media. vitamin dan suplemen
