1 Spice Ginger Tea
Material:
- 400g roasted ginger, peeled, bruised
- 1.500ml water

- 2 cloves
- 2 grains of cardamom
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 sachets of teabags
How to make:

2 Wedang Ginger Turmeric
Material:
- Ginger
- Turmeric
- Lime
- Honey
How to make:
1 Clean the ginger and turmeric, then boil but do not boil.
2 Once warm, mix the lime juice and honey. Stir until mixed.
Pour into a glass, drink while warm.
3 Wedang Cloves Anti Cough phlegm

Material:
- 150 g ginger
- 100 g of ginger
- 150 ml of water
- Turmeric to taste
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 pandan leaf
- 5 tbsp brown/white sugar

- 2 lemongrass stalks
How to make:
1 Clean and chop all ingredients, then boil until boiling.

5 Malang Apple Empon Mix
Material:
- 1/4 kg of garlic
- 1/2 kg of red ginger
- 1/2 kg of Malang apple
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 glasses of water
- 1 cup honey
How to make:
1 Blend all ingredients except honey until smooth.
2 After blending, cook all ingredients. Stir until boiling.
3 Wait until cool, strain and pour into bottles. Add honey. Drink 3×3 tsp per day.
